Include your device model, your Android version and the app version so we can reproduce the issue.
Before you write
- Your files don't show up? Reampo needs file access to list your documents. On Android 11 and later turn on “All files access” for the app in Settings; on Android 10 allow the storage permission.
- A file won't open? Check that it is a PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or text file and that it opens on a computer. Password-protected Office files can't be opened; for a locked PDF, enter its password.
- Forgot a PDF password you set in the app? Tap “Forgot password?” and answer the security question you chose when you set it.
- Scan to PDF isn't available? It uses the document scanner from Google Play services; if your phone doesn't offer it, use Image to PDF with photos from your gallery instead.
- Where did my converted or merged file go? New files are saved on your phone and show up in All Files, which lists the newest first unless you change the sort order. The success screen also lets you open or share the file straight away.
- Data request? Name the right you are exercising (access, rectification, erasure) so we can route it correctly. The Privacy Policy covers what we collect and who we share it with.
