PDF, Word (.doc and .docx), Excel (.xls and .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt and .pptx) and plain-text (.txt) files. They all open in the same viewer, which you can zoom, scroll page by page or switch to a horizontal view.
Word, PowerPoint, Excel and text files (Doc to PDF, PPT to PDF, XLS to PDF, Text to PDF), photos from your gallery (Image to PDF), and paper documents with Scan to PDF, which uses the document scanner on your phone.
No. Converting, merging, reordering pages, editing, signing and setting passwords all happen on your phone, and the result is saved on your phone.
Yes. Merge PDF lets you pick the PDFs you want, set their order and save them as one new file.
Yes. Change PDF Page Order shows every page as a thumbnail; press and hold a page and drag it to where it belongs, then save.
Edit adds text and images to a page. Annotate lets you draw with a pencil, highlight pen or cover pen in the colour, thickness and opacity you choose, and highlight, underline, strike through or copy text. Fill & Sign lets you draw your signature once and place it on any page. You can also search for words in the file, go straight to a page, print it and save a copy.
Set Password locks a PDF so it asks for the password every time it is opened. You can add a security question when you set it, so you can reset the password if you forget it, and Remove Password takes the lock off again.
To list every PDF and document on your phone in one place — All Files, Recent and Favourite — the app needs file access. On Android 11 and later this is the “All files access” setting; on Android 10 it is the storage permission.
Search by name, filter the list by type (PDF, Doc, PPT, Excel, Text), sort by date, name or size, and star the files you use often so they wait in Favourite.
